A real family run Italian hotel. Do not expect a typical large brand hotel. Excellent facilities, dining room really great with a very good menu and service. Layout is unusual, but fun and real Italuan style. Located at one end of Silvestre, close to 2 beaches.

This hotel has a great ambiance and takes me back to an era I only recognize in films from the 50s. Quaint, traditional, simple and classy accomidations it is hidden from view of main street and yet has so much to offer with private gardens, private pool, and resturant for both breakfast and dinner options. We will becoming back and I highly recommend this hotel for those that value traditions, quiet, and seek and appreciate a classic film in black and white.

We came on a Great Rail Journey holiday.. Our room was very small and we feel not worthy of 4 star. The bathroom was very small .The dinner in the evening was VERY poor and, at times, very bad service. We were on GRJ set menu, no opportunity to choose from a La carte . Breakfast was sufficient, but not great , we have had better. Staff at hotel were good, location good. Hotel garden and pool area very nice

We loved our stay at this hotel, mainly because the staff was excellent. We enjoyed the lunch/dinner menu, and the location was great. The only thing that wasn't fabulous was the breakfast, which seems to have a lot of individually wrapped items. The only fresh fruit were whole (none sliced/diced, except canned stuff packed in syrup). The room itself was a good size, and so was the bathroom. The shower was even big enough!

The prices for the hotel are quite expensive. The breakfast was really delicious. I had some underwear I needed washing as I was running out and it costed €51. Be prepared for the price!

If you'd like wifi that works inside the room you don't want room 51. Unacceptable for such an expensive hotel. Otherwise great staff, great location.

The location Itself Is one of the best you can find around, all staff members are very professional and extremely kind. The Director is always available, people as Caterina and Marco will make your meals or drinks unforgivable. Rooms are well structured and organized while the various services offered by the structure are just outstanding. This Is certainly an awesome Place where have a lovely and relaxing holiday while in Liguria. I would heartily recommend It to anyone.

We enjoyed our one night stay as a family in this tradition-rich hotel. The location is fantastic, even if it means you have to pay extra (25€) for the parking : located in the pedestrian zone, you can walk to the beach, to the shopping streets, to the restaurants. We also greatly enjoyed the hotel's own swimming pool between the roofs - an appreciated refreshment in the summer heat. Service is amazing, with experienced staff, caring and speaking many languages. Do sleep with windows closed and AC on, otherwise you will be woken up early by the noise from the street (garbage trucks, etc.) Breakfast in the patio between the roofs is also much to be recommended.
